Is GetWyz really free?
Yes, GetWyz is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges to access the software. You do have the option to work with GetWyz Mortgage, our independent mortgage brokerage, if you decide to purchase a home. Working with GetWyz Mortgage is completely optional.
What platforms is GetWyz on?
GetWyz is available on iOS and web. Coming soon to Android devices. Join Android Waitlist.
What is a HomeOwner Day, exactly?
Your HomeOwner Day is the earliest month and year when you are in the best financial position to purchase a home, calculated around your finances, goals, and life.
What if my HomeOwner Day is years away?
That's ok. A HomeOwner Day that's further out isn't bad news. You'll see exactly what's moving your date and what would move it closer. You will have a plan of what you need to do to reach that date. And as your life changes, you can come back and update the plan to see if your HomeOwner Day changed.
Do I have to use GetWyz Mortgage?
No. Your HomeOwner Day is calculated before you should ever consider a mortgage provider. You're free to shop for a mortgage with anyone when the time comes. A benefit of working with GetWyz Mortgage is that they are a mortgage broker. This means they automatically shop your situation across 8 of the top lenders for you. In addition, we can send your data directly to them to complete a majority of the information needed to get started. Combining these two benefits saves you significant amounts of time and effort when working with GetWyz Mortgage.
Do you pull my credit or share my data?
We don't pull your credit. GetWyz uses the credit score you enter to calculate your plan. We won't share your data either, unless you choose to work with GetWyz Mortgage for pre-approval or your mortgage. A benefit to working with GetWyz Mortgage is that you don't have to start from scratch. We can send your data directly to them to complete a majority of the information needed to get started.
