Why. Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. How does GetWyz protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

How does GetWyz collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you engage with our services and:

• provide employment information or give us your employment history
• give us your income and/or asset information
• provide your driver’s license

We also collect your personal information from others with your permission, such as credit monitoring companies, affiliates, or other companies.

Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only:

• Sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
• Affiliates from using your information to market to you
• Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?

Your choices will apply to everyone on the account.

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies.

• Nonaffiliates that we share with can include a financial institution, realtor or another third party (such as a financial advisor) that referred you to GetWyz

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

• If you were referred by a third party, they are a party that we may share information with that is considered a joint marketing partner of GetWyz

For California Residents: We will not share information we collect about you with nonaffiliated third parties, except as permitted by California law. For example, we may share information with your consent, or to effect or administer a transaction you request.

For Vermont Residents: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
